"We are the Goon Squad and We're coming to Town...."

NY Fashion week is upon us. The streets and subways are crawling with 6ft tall beautiful creatures, Bryant Park is buzzing and the city is filled with the fashionable and fabulous. Wait, that is kind of like everyday in NY... ;) These are some of my favorite looks from the shows thus far. In particular I adore the collection, as well as the beautiful way in which it was shot by Gary Graham. I also wouldn't mind owning one of the three dresses by Juan Carlos Obando. I find the pieces by Preen with the puckered ruffle detail to be, although not exactly form flattering, extremely inspirational and gorgeous! Also think there are some really wearable and pretty pieces that were shown by Yigal Azrouel. Enjoy and more to come.

Inspiration: Photographer Paine Wingate

So my friend thinks I need a little "companionship" of sorts because I keep posting these suggestive photos... ha ha. I simply think they are beautiful! Really. The mood of these pictures just touch me some where deep. Fashion week is upon us! I will post you tales of NY. xx

"Jonze ing Love"

Spike Jonze's collaboration with jewelry designer Pamela Love (who has also collaborated with designers such as Zac Posen and Marchesa to name a couple). The Jewelry is inspired by Jonze's film adaptation of the book "Where the Wild Things Are". As if the movie wasn't enough to get excited about!
